Short version:
I don’t collect anything about you.
No cookies. No tracking. No ads. No sign-up. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the traffic the way any web host does.
I see your email address and what you wrote. I use it to write back. I don’t sell it and I don’t share it.
The show lives on YouTube. What YouTube collects when you watch is covered by Google’s privacy policy, not this page.
They are small tools only I use, on my own computer, with my own accounts. Nobody else signs in to them.
Mountain Standard Stats reads my own numbers, like views, likes and watch time, from YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, so I can see how the show is doing. It can’t post, change or delete anything.
Mountain Standard Upload puts my own finished videos on my YouTube channel. It sends the video and its title, description, thumbnail and captions, all things I made. It can set the time a video goes public. It reads my channel’s name, to check it’s the right channel, and it can read back a video it uploaded. It doesn’t delete anything.
Buffer schedules my short videos to Instagram and TikTok. What Buffer does with data is covered by Buffer’s privacy policy.
None of these read anyone else’s account. What they read stays on my own computer and is never sold or shared.
Mountain Standard Stats and Mountain Standard Upload use YouTube API Services. By using either tool, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. What Google does with data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can take away either tool’s access to your Google account at any time, on the Google security settings page.
If you take away a tool’s access, I delete everything it stored from your account within 30 days. To have it deleted sooner, email me and I’ll do it within 7 days.
